Pilot Cable Stringing
The pilot cable across the span in a single pass — over rivers, forest and highways — with the helicopter, the scaffold and the manual climb off the critical path.
Powerline operations enhanced by aerial robotics and intelligent software — boosting grid capacity and automating line construction across terrain that stops conventional crews.

[Applications / Stringing]
Every transmission line starts with a pilot rope, and the pilot rope has always been the hard part — dragged on foot through forest, winched across a river, or flown in by helicopter where neither is possible.
EndureAir deploys it in a single pass. The drone crosses the span while the crew stays on the ground, and the tools, plant, and hardware that follow go up to the tower rather than up the tower.
02 / 05
[Manual & Winch Pulling]
Conventional stringing walks the rope across the span. Through forest that has to be cut, across rivers that have to be boated, and over highways that have to be closed — slow, weather-bound, and the single longest item on the construction path.
[Helicopter Stringing]
Where the ground route fails, a helicopter flies the rope — at a mobilisation cost, an hourly rate, and a weather minimum that few projects can schedule around. The machine also needs clearance the corridor often does not have.

[Pilot Cable Deployment]
Lightweight drones deploy the pilot cable across the span in a single pass, guiding it over rivers, forests, highways, and ravines. Eliminates the helicopter, the scaffold, and the manual climb from the critical path of line construction.
[Tools & Plants Transportation]
Heavy-lift drones move tools, plants, and hardware directly to tower tops and remote structures. Replaces porters, cranes, and helicopter lifts on sites where road access ends well short of the asset.
[Corridor Survey & Planning]
LiDAR and photogrammetry deliver corridor survey data faster and more accurately than a survey team on foot. Route planning, terrain profiling, and clearance checks happen before anyone mobilises.
[Solutions]
Aircraft, mission software, and certified crews delivered as one service — corridor survey through to the conductor in the sheave.
The pilot cable across the span in a single pass — over rivers, forest and highways — with the helicopter, the scaffold and the manual climb off the critical path.
Heavy-lift delivery of tools, plant and hardware straight to tower tops and remote structures, where road access ends well short of the asset.
LiDAR and photogrammetry along the route, so terrain profiling, clearance checks and route planning are done before a crew mobilises.
Long-endurance observation passes over the built corridor, grading conductor, fitting and structure condition without a patrol on foot.

[Why EndureAir]
Reach forests, river crossings, and mountain sections where ground equipment simply cannot be positioned.
Minimises human exposure to working at height and near live conductors — the hazard is designed out, not managed.
Designed to operate reliably in the high-voltage electromagnetic environment around energised transmission lines.
Cuts the requirement for cranes, porters, and helicopter hours across the full construction and maintenance cycle.
Quick deployment and regular inspection cycles provide uninterrupted fault detection across the network.
Low environmental impact — no access roads cut through forest, and no ground disturbance in sensitive terrain.
