About the role

We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant to join our Finance team as an Assistant Manager, responsible for financial reporting, taxation, MIS, budgeting, and financial modelling.

The role involves cash flow management, statutory compliance, and close coordination with internal teams, auditors, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate financial operations.

What you will do

  • Manage financial reporting, account closures, reconciliations, audits, and internal financial controls.
  • Handle GST, TDS, income tax, statutory filings, assessments, and regulatory compliance.
  • Prepare MIS reports, financial dashboards, profitability analysis, and budget variance reports.
  • Develop budgets, financial models, forecasts, scenario analyses, and business feasibility assessments.
  • Manage cash flows, working capital, fund utilisation, banking operations, and vendor payments.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, auditors, banks, and consultants for financial planning and compliance.
  • Support investor reporting, due diligence, fundraising, financial decision-making, and process improvements.

What we are looking for

  • Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 0–2 years of experience.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in Excel, financial modelling, and MIS reporting.
  • Knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
  • Understanding of budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and working capital management.

  • Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and meet strict deadlines.
